Full job description

Join our energetic team as an Administration Assistant/Receptionist and play a key role in keeping the office organised, welcoming, and running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, can manage multiple responsibilities, and takes pride in delivering professional administrative support.

As the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries, you will help create a friendly and professional atmosphere while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, provide assistance, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and manage incoming telephone calls efficiently, providing helpful information or transferring calls as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, post, deliveries, and packages, ensuring they are distributed promptly.
Maintain accurate and well-organised records through data entry using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks where required.
Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events to support the smooth running of daily activities.
Assist with basic financial administration, including preparing invoices, recording expenses, and maintaining bookkeeping information using QuickBooks or similar software.
Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, document organisation, and monitoring office supplies.
Help maintain a tidy, organised, and well-equipped workplace while providing reliable support to colleagues and visitors.

Pay: From £15.84 per hour
