Full job description

The Accounts Receivable Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer accounts, processing invoices and payments, monitoring outstanding debts, and supporting credit control activities. The role also provides general office administration tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations by managing correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating office supplies, and supporting colleagues across the business. Previous experience in fuel distribution advantageous, but not essential. The candidate will have experience within business accountancy and bookkeeping. Bilingual and good telephone manner essential; position is full time with occasional Saturdays and overtime. Please email CV to [email protected]
