About the Role:
The roles offer the opportunity to lead and contribute to the completion of work across all RIBA stages of work. You will work on an exciting range of projects including residential, commercial, educational, care developments, while collaborating within a multi-disciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and technical delivery of a wide variety of residential, commercial, education and care sector projects.
- Support and guide team members in producing high-quality outputs.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of technical drawing packages and construction information to a consistently high standard.
- Collaborate with designers, planners, engineers and clients to ensure both creative and regulatory requirements are met.
- Ensure full compliance with UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards.
- Represent DPA during site visits, client meetings and design team meetings.
- Manage your workload effectively while collaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (experience with SketchUp and Photoshop desirable)
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Approved Documents and current planning policies and legislation.
- Experience working across RIBA stages, with a focus on technical delivery
- Excellent technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- CIAT membership/accreditation (or working towards) would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
