Full job description

Oil 4 Wales Ltd is a leading, Welsh, Family Owned and Independent fuel distributor in Wales. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and reliable deliveries to our customers across Wales.

Oil 4 Wales are currently looking for a Transport Administrator reporting directly to the Transport Manager. The Transport Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our transport department. This includes ensuring that our fleet is well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and report on the performance of our fleet, including fuel consumption, maintenance, and any issues that arise

Assist with compliance and maintenance checks for all vehicles, keeping accurate records and reporting any issues to the Transport Manager

Support the Transport Manager with any ad hoc tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Knowledge and experience of transport regulations and compliance required

Experience in the oil or transportation industry is preferred.
