Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying coatings to various surfaces with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality finishes. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Operate spray guns and other power tools to apply paint, varnish, or specialised coatings accurately
- Mix paints and coatings according to manufacturer specifications using basic math skills
- Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Assist with fabrication or assembly tasks as needed within the workshop or warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and welding is advantageous
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with fabrication processes and construction painting techniques
- Basic mathematical skills for mixing paints and measuring materials accurately
- Previous warehouse experience or work within a manufacturing setting is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per hour
