You'll carry out a variety of plumbing & heating work across our homes and communities, including:
- Boiler servicing and repairs
- Diagnosing faults and replacing defective parts
- Heating system maintenance and upgrades
- Gas safety inspections and compliance checks
- Emergency and responsive repairs
- Supporting residents with a friendly, professional service
- Working safely and maintaining high standards on every job
We're keen to hear from experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineers who:
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Have current ACS Gas qualifications (CCN1, CPA1, CEN1, CKR1)
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Take pride in delivering quality workmanship
- Put safety and customer service first
Additional qualifications such as LPG, HTR1, Unvented Hot Water, or Energy Efficiency certifications would be a bonus, but they're not essential.
An interest in renewable technologies is a plus. Experience with Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar Thermal Hot Water, Underfloor Heating or Rainwater Harvesting would be beneficial, but if you're keen to learn, we'll provide full in-house training and support.
