Opening: Late July 2026
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Position: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Join Us for an Exciting New Chapter at Gripps Farm

Gripps Farm is a family-run business with a passion for great food, warm hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for visitors. As part of our exciting expansion, we are opening a brand-new café as part of our growing farm attraction and visitor destination.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate Café Cooks to join our kitchen team and help deliver delicious, freshly prepared food to our visitors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with quality ingredients, contribute to a new café from launch, and be part of an exciting and growing business that celebrates local produce and homemade food.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a range of breakfast, lunch, light bites, and seasonal menu items to a high standard.
Ensure all food is presented consistently and attractively.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
Support menu development and seasonal specials.
Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
Follow all food safety, health & safety, and allergen procedures.
Work closely with the Café Manager and wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience working in a café, restaurant, catering, or hospitality kitchen.
Is passionate about preparing fresh, high-quality food.
Has a good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Takes pride in delivering consistently excellent food.
Works well as part of a team and has a positive, can-do attitude.
Is flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal periods.
