As part of one of the world’s leading universities, our award-winning accommodation team supports over 6,500 students across more than 26 halls of residence throughout London.
Our mission is to deliver an exceptional student experience by creating safe, inclusive and vibrant living environments where every resident feels at home. Located across some of London’s most exciting neighbourhoods including Bloomsbury, Camden and Victoria, our residences place students at the heart of university life.
We’re an ambitious, supportive and people-focused team that values collaboration, innovation and excellent customer service. If you’re passionate about helping people and want to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Accommodation Advisor to join our Accommodation team. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
As a key front-of-house representative, you’ll provide a welcoming and professional service to students, visitors and contractors while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of one of our accommodation sites. You’ll assist with reception services, resident administration, check-ins and check-outs, maintenance reporting and student support.
You’ll also play an important role in helping to create a positive student experience by supporting events, resolving queries and working collaboratively with colleagues across the department.

You will have experience in a customer-facing or administrative environment and will be able to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will also be a strong team player with a flexible and proactive approach, willing to support colleagues and contribute positively to the wider student experience. Experience within accommodation, hospitality, retail or student services would be beneficial, but most importantly, you will be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to creating a welcoming environment for all residents.
