Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in London and home counties, United Kingdom. This role focuses on driving sales growth and market penetration for EvoCyte’s regenerative portfolio across the UK and Ireland, including exosome products, radiofrequency devices, and advanced cosmeceuticals. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clinics, aesthetic practitioners, distributors, and key opinion leaders, and delivering product presentations and demonstrations. The Business Development Manager will plan and execute territory strategies, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate commercial agreements, and provide ongoing account support and training. The role also involves collaborating with marketing on campaigns and events, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and reporting performance metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, aesthetics, dermatology, or a related healthcare sales environment.
- Experience working with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, doctors, nurses, or other healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Solid negotiation, contract management, and commercial acumen to support sustainable revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical science, medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology or a related life sciences is a must.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
