Experience at the Highest Level of Professional Software Development: We want “super hardcore” developers who excel at solving tough technical challenges, writing clean, efficient code, and delivering reliable features under demanding conditions.

Startup Background: Previous experience in a startup environment is highly desired. You should be comfortable operating with less structure and support than in a large corporate setting, taking full ownership and initiative.

Consumer-Facing Applications: A proven track record of launching and maintaining products at scale (experience with large-scale consumer tech is a plus).
