As a Front Office Team Member, you’ll deliver a friendly and efficient service that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You’ll be attentive from the moment they arrive, ready with recommendations, and you’ll serve accurately and efficiently. Whether you’re handling a booking, answering a query, or supporting across departments, your approach is always informed, friendly and effective. What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in shaping our guests’ stay, offering a warm welcome and support that turn good visits into great ones. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Using your approachable personality to build great connections with guests.
Demonstrating your confidence in handling check-ins, bookings and guest requests.

About Hilton - London Bankside

Located in Bankside, London’s cultural quarter, Hilton Bankside is a multi-award winning, next generation, design-led hotel. In 2024 it earned the prestigious Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) certification and is one of only two hotels to achieve this milestone in the UK for its dedication to environmental sustainability. The hotel also boasts a Vegan Suite approved by the Vegan Society.

Splendid opened the hotel in 2015.
