WINDOW DOCTOR – EXPERIENCED WINDOW & DOOR REPAIR ENGINEERS REQUIRED

Window Doctor are expanding rapidly and we are now looking for experienced Window & Door Repair Engineers to join our growing team.
We are not looking for basic fitters.
We are looking for problem solvers.
You must have strong knowledge and experience in:
- uPVC window & door repairs
- Hinges, handles and locking systems
- Glass replacements and glazing repairs
- Tilt & turn mechanisms
- Sliding patio and bifold door repairs
- Conservatory repairs and leak diagnosis
- Adjustments, remedials and fault finding
- Customer service and communication on site
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a mobile engineer role attending domestic and commercial properties carrying out repairs, servicing and maintenance work.
At Window Doctor we are a reactive maintenance company. Our aim is to fix the problem on first call wherever possible. Our engineers are heavily stocked and expected to think on their feet and deliver solutions.
You will be attending pre-booked appointments as well as emergency and urgent call outs.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Minimum 3 years experience in the glazing/window repair industry
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault finding ability
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and office staff
- Pride in workmanship and cleanliness on site
- Ability to work independently and manage your route efficiently
- Sales awareness and ability to convert opportunities on site
