We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our team. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing refrigeration and air conditioning systems across various settings. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems in commercial, industrial and residential environments.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment repair, or HVAC systems
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, and associated electrical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in refrigeration or air conditioning are preferred but not essential.
