Full job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, commercially minded Sales Administrator / Junior Amazon Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to support the day-to-day running of wholesale and Amazon accounts across ladies and men’s intimates, sleepwear, underwear and socks.

The role will involve work closely with the brand directors and primarily support the sales team in managing customer accounts, administration, reporting and Amazon marketplace activity. The objective of the role is to free up time so we can focus on developing larger customer relationships and growing new business opportunities across both brands.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, Excel confident, customer focused and commercially aware.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

Managing customer spreadsheets and sales reports
Updating customer information and account records
Processing and tracking orders
Supporting customer communication and follow-ups
Managing price lists, product data and seasonal information
Assisting with weekly and monthly sales reporting
Liaising with customers regarding delivery schedules and stock updates
Helping the team to process samples and SMU

Amazon & Marketplace Support

Supporting Amazon account administration
Uploading and maintaining product listings
Monitoring stock and order status
Assisting with Amazon Seller Central tasks
Supporting listing optimisation and content updates
Managing spreadsheets and performance reports
Monitoring account health and customer issues

Account Support

Supporting Adam on a daily basis with smaller accounts
Helping manage customer requirements and requests
Coordinating internal admin to improve efficiency
Assisting with new customer onboarding
Supporting sales growth initiatives

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 2 years’ experience in:
Sales administration
Account management support
Amazon marketplace support
Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
Highly organised and detail focused
Good communication and customer service skills
Experience within fashion, apparel, underwear, hosiery or sleepwear preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
Experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly desirable

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
