Reformer Pilates Instructor — Silo, Kensal Road W10

We're looking for an exceptional reformer Pilates instructor to join Silo as a founding member of our team.

At Silo we want to give our clients the energy and community of a great group class, and the kind of attention that makes people feel genuinely looked after. PT-level care, studio environment. That's what Silo is built around, and it's what every instructor we hire needs to believe in. Our classes are capped at eight, and the standard of attention we bring to every session is closer to personal training than it is to a typical group class.

This role is to teach /SCULPT — our dynamic reformer Pilates format, delivered with precision, energy, and authenticity. You'll be joining at the beginning, which means you'll help shape what Silo looks and feels like from the inside.

Who we're looking for

The ideal candidate comes from a personal training background and brings a one-on-one mentality into a group setting. You notice when someone's form is off. You correct it. You know your clients by name, you understand what they're working towards, and you adjust accordingly. You don't just lead a class — you teach the people in it.

We'll invest in you properly. Whatever your background, we'll bring you through our method in full — so that /SCULPT at Silo means something specific, and you're confident delivering it from day one.

The role

Our classes are filling up and we need to expand our schedule. Our primary aim is to find trainers who can deliver classes on evenings and weekends. We also have gaps elsewhere in the schedule which we are open to discussing.

You'll need

A recognised Pilates qualification and a minimum of one years' reformer teaching experience
A strong understanding of body mechanics and form correction
The ability to hold a room and genuinely connect with the people in it
Experience in a boutique fitness environment
A Level 3 Personal Training certification is strongly preferred
If you have a PT background and are newer to reformer, we'd still like to hear from you

£40–£50 per class depending on experience
