This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious graduates looking to begin a career in technology consulting and digital transformation. Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll receive structured training, mentoring and hands-on project experience while developing the technical, analytical and consulting skills needed to build a successful long-term career.
From day one, you'll gain exposure to enterprise transformation programmes across the full project lifecycle, supporting business analysis, cloud technology implementations and business transformation initiatives.
About the Role
Working as part of experienced project teams, you'll help organisations transform the way they operate through enterprise technology and digital transformation programmes.
You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical specialists to analyse business requirements, improve processes and support successful project delivery from discovery through to implementation and post-go-live support.
This graduate programme is designed to provide continuous learning, practical experience and clear opportunities for career progression within a global consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Support client workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Produce As-Is and To-Be business process maps.
- Support enterprise cloud solution configuration and validation.
- Work with technical teams on integrations and interfaces.
- Assist with data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
- Create functional specifications, user stories and project documentation.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track, manage and help resolve project defects.
- Prepare training materials and user guides.
- Assist with go-live planning and hypercare activities.
- Support continuous improvement following project implementation.
About You
Essential
We're looking for graduates who have a Bachelor's degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) in:
- Business Information Systems
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Systems Engineering
- Information Technology
- Business Analytics
- Data Analytics
- Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Business Management (with a technology or information systems focus)
- Finance (for ERP or Finance transformation roles)
Above all, we're looking for graduates who are passionate about learning, solving problems and building a successful career in technology consulting.
Desirable
It would be advantageous if you have experience or knowledge of some of the following:
- Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM or CX)
- ERP systems through university projects, internships or placements
- SQL and relational databases
- Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting
- Power BI or Tableau
- Process modelling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart or BPMN
- APIs and integration concepts
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Agile methodologies
- Jira or Azure DevOps
- Oracle University, Business Analysis or Agile certifications
- Client-facing, internship or consulting experience
Technical Interest
An interest or foundation in areas such as:
- Business process analysis and modelling
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Functional specifications and user stories
- Data analysis and reporting
- Data migration concepts
- Testing and defect management
- Enterprise Cloud technologies
- Integration concepts
- Collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Confluence
