Full job description

You MUST Live in N7 or N19 or Within a 20 Minute Walk.

Part Time Position. Flexible Hours (With some evenings and weekends), Great Pay & Generous Commission.

We manage a portfolio of high-end rental properties in Archway, Tufnell Park & Holloway. We are looking for smart, well presented people to show properties to prospective tenants.

The successful applicant will need to cover two very important aspects of the business.

You will be responsible for attending all viewings at a number of properties. This will involve attending viewings and key management. Also the ability to use your initiative e.g. keeping us up to date if stuck in traffic in advance.
Great customer service. You will be required to greet and guide applicants and provide a high level of customer service throughout the appointment. This includes knowing a summary of the property before the appointment starts.

This role is ideal for someone who already has a full-time position but wants to earn additional income in their spare time. With flexible hours in the evenings, during the day, or on weekends, you can fit viewings around your existing schedule.

Required Skills:

Must live in Holloway, Archway or Tufnell Park area
Target driven and eagerness to earn
Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
Enthusiastic
Smart and well presented

Preferred Experience:

Sales experience (preferred but not required)
Previous lettings experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to deliver high levels of customer service by ‘out-passioning’ our competitors

We Offer:

Great rates of pay and commissions. (This is a self employed role)
Our head office in St.Albans. The role will be based in Archway / Tufnell Park.
