At Dwelly, Operations means problem-solving at scale in the real world — agencies, landlords, tenants, payments, maintenance. We're looking for a Operations Associate to join one of our ops teams and run high-impact projects end-to-end: scaling processes that weren't built for our pace of growth, fixing what breaks as we integrate new acquisitions, and building the systems that let us run more agencies without adding headcount.
You'll be deployed where the impact is highest — your exact team and projects will evolve as the business does. This is a hands-on, high-exposure role designed as a fast development pathway into an Operations Manager position. You'll work directly with experienced operators and get more ownership in your first six months than most people get in three years.

- Owning and delivering operational projects end-to-end: process rollouts, SOP design and adoption, KPI dashboards, post-acquisition operational clean-ups
- Building and optimising scalable processes to support Dwelly's rapid growth
- Digging into data to find inefficiencies, proposing the fix, and implementing it yourself
- Coordinating across ops, finance, people, and tech teams — and the local teams of our acquired agencies
- Proactively surfacing risks and blockers, and driving them to resolution
Above everything, we hire for three traits: high agency (you don't wait to be told — you see what needs doing and do it), high intelligence (you learn fast and reason from first principles), and high integrity (you're straight about what worked, what didn't, and what you don't know). - A strong degree from a top university
- 1–2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment — consulting, high-growth startup, banking, or similar
- A knack for breaking complex problems into smaller ones
- Strong analytical skills and genuine enjoyment of working with data
- An extremely structured, execution-driven way of working with excellent attention to detail
- Hands-on AI fluency: you use LLMs daily as a working tool — to analyse, draft, automate, and build small tools yourself. We're an AI-first company; expect to vibe-code working prototypes without waiting for engineers (and expect to do exactly that in our interview process)
- Natural curiosity, resilience, and a will to make an impact
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Knowledge of SQL
- Things you've already vibe-coded and shipped — side projects, automations, internal tools (show us!)
- Exposure to RPA, low-code tools, or scripting
- Experience in property, marketplaces, or other operationally intensive businesses
