Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Posting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing posting operations, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing excellent communication support. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational skills and multilingual abilities are highly valued. The Posting Clerk will play a vital part in maintaining efficient workflow and delivering exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

Manage and process posting requests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain organised records of all postings, updates, and related documentation
Communicate effectively with team members and clients via phone and email, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
Utilise strong communication skills to clarify posting details and resolve any discrepancies promptly
Upsell additional services or products where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction
Prioritise tasks effectively using excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
Support the team with organisational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Use basic maths skills for data verification and record keeping

Experience

Previous experience in administrative roles or posting functions is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Multilingual abilities is a bonus
Bilingual candidates with strong communication skills will be given priority
Experience in merchandising or retail environments is a plus
Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic math skills for data entry, calculations, and record verification are required
