Salary: £36,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Field-based, covering London and the South
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working pattern: Flexible working available
Licence: Full UK driving licence required

About the Role

We are looking for a Cleaning Compliance & Quality Auditor to support our operations across London and the South.

This is a field-based role responsible for auditing cleaning standards, site compliance, service delivery and quality performance against our company management systems, client requirements and KPIs. The role will also include reviewing general site presentation, including associated external and grounds areas where relevant.

The successful candidate will play an important role in helping us maintain high standards, identify areas for improvement and support operational teams in delivering consistent, compliant cleaning and site services.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled and ad hoc audits across client sites.
Check cleaning standards against company procedures, client specifications and KPIs.
Review compliance with cleaning schedules, method statements and site requirements.
Monitor health and safety standards, including COSHH, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Review general site presentation, including external areas and basic grounds-related standards where applicable.
Identify service gaps, non-compliance, training needs and areas for improvement.
Produce clear audit reports with findings, evidence and recommendations.
Work with supervisors, site teams and operations managers to support corrective actions.
Follow up on audit actions to ensure improvements are completed.
Maintain accurate records and audit documentation.
Travel regularly across London and the South.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in cleaning operations, facilities management, auditing, compliance or quality assurance.
Awareness of wider site presentation standards, including external areas or grounds-related services.
Good understanding of cleaning standards, site procedures and service delivery.
Knowledge of health and safety requirements, including COSHH.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues clearly.
Confident communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office or similar systems.
A full UK driving licence.
