HIRING: Elite Cinematic Videographer / Cameraperson
We are looking for exceptional, top 1% level Cinematic Videographers / Camerapersons, artists whose work instantly stands out, stops the scroll, and feels world-class.
This role is NOT for beginners, juniors, or average shooters. We are searching for professionals whose visuals feel premium, cinematic, intentional, and unforgettable.
What "Expert Level" Means to Us
- Your footage makes people pause, rewatch, and feel something
- You understand cinema language, not just camera settings
- Your framing, camera movement, and lighting feel international / Netflix / luxury-brand level
- Even a simple shot looks expensive
- Your work speaks for itself, no explanation needed
Core Expectations
- Mastery of cinematic framing, composition, and movement
- Ability to shoot high-end cinematic visuals for: 1) Luxury brands, 2) High-profile creators, 3) Real estate, yachts, jets, interiors, 4) Fashion, lifestyle, premium social content
- Strong experience with gimbals, handheld cinematic motion, and controlled camera movement
- Deep understanding of vertical-first, platform-native storytelling (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
You MUST:
- Think like a Director of Photography, not just a camera operator
- Know how to visually tell a story without dialogue
- Be obsessed with detail, mood, texture, and rhythm
- Deliver footage that feels intentional, clean, and powerful
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
Your portfolio must instantly show:
- High-end cinematic visuals
- Strong camera movement
- Confident lighting choices
- Premium look & feel
If someone watches 10 seconds of your work and says: "This is serious," you're the right fit.
