EXPERIENCED OPERATIONS MANAGER - Mold Remediation
(South East England)
Environmental Group Limited (Aspect Contracts Limited) based in Basildon, Essex is a long-established organisation with years of experience in the asbestos remediation sector with an extensive client base throughout the UK.
With strong demand and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to start a Mold Remediation business specialising in mold removal treatment within both residential and commercial property and require an experienced, results driven, Operations Manager to help build and scale the business.
This is a hands-on management role where you will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations, managing field teams and ensuring optimum service delivery., growing the new company from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and schedule remediation teams; Oversee jobs from initial enquiry through to completion; Ensure work is carried out safely and to a high standard;Handle customer communication and issue resolution; Recruit and manage technicians; Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency; Monitor job performance, costs, and profitability
Requirements
Experience in mold remediation; Strong organisational and leadership skills; Ability to manage multiple jobs and teams simultaneously; Good understanding of health & safety practices; Full UK driving licence; Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure; Knowledge of UK housing standards and landlord requirements; Previous experience scaling a small business or team(preferred)
