Job Title: Clinic Receptionist/Administrator

Location: City of London

About Amazin U Clinic:

Amazin U Clinic, a leading beauty and skincare spa chain from Beijing with over 28 years of experience, is set to open in central London in 2025. With six spas and one clinic in Beijing, Amazin U is celebrated for its professional skincare treatments, quality products, and dermatological expertise, earning a loyal, high-end clientele.

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: from £28,000 per year

Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

· Utilise excellent sales skills to promote and sell skincare treatments, products, and services.

· Proactively engage with clients and demonstrate a self-motivated approach in delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

· Handle customer calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling efficiently.

· Engage in pre-treatment sales, recommending suitable treatments and packages.

· Assist with office administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

· Flexible working during weekends and late hours.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 2 years of related experience.

· Exceptional customer service skills, focused on delivering an outstanding client experience.

· Proven sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

· Proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative to enhance the client's journey.

· Proficient in handling customer calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.

· Familiarity with pre-treatment sales, guiding clients on suitable treatments.

· Competent in office administration to support clinic operations.

· English level - native.
