MARCO Limited is a leading innovator in smart weighing technology, delivering high-quality solutions to customers across a range of industries. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Stock Controller to join our team in Edenbridge.
The Role
Working closely with Procurement, Production, and Project teams, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock control and smooth day-to-day goods movement. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage goods in and goods out processes
- Receive, unpack, and check deliveries against documentation
- Prepare and dispatch goods, including booking couriers
- Load and unload deliveries (forklift use required)
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock control systems
- Conduct regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies
- Store goods safely and logically
- Support production through kitting, picking, and packaging
- Liaise with Procurement to ensure timely material availability
- Maintain health & safety standards
- Work cross-functionally to improve processes
About You
Essential:
- Experience in warehouse, stock control, or goods movement role
- Strong IT skills and stock management systems experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
Desirable:
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Forklift licence

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
