Full job description

Warwick Group Limited is now seeking an experienced Site Manager for works in and around London, Cambridge and Anglia regions.
You will be responsible for the planning and operation of a project from start to completion, managing site teams and logistics in all aspects of drylining and ceilings installation.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing clear direction to the on site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets;
Managing the day to day operation from foundation to completion, and the critical paths for labour, materials and plant including material lead times;
Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme;
Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates;
Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure;
Ensuring quality at every stage of the installation;
Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to;
Liaising with Contracts Manager and office team in order to keep open lines of communication;
Ensure customer service remains of the highest priority at all times with everyone on site

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Good level of leadership and site management skills;
Technical experience and knowledge in drylining, ceilings and other fit-out trades a bonus;
Excellent organisational and communication skills;
High Level of Health and Safety awareness.

Qualifications:

Min HNC qualified;
CITB Level 3 Safety Course;
Appropriate CSCS Card (SSSTS / SMSTS);
Experience in drylining and ceiling installations and other interior fit-out trades a bonus;
Previous site management experience;
Able to travel throughout the region.
