If you are an EU passport holder you can move freely between those countries, working for a season or for a brief change of scene to learn a new language or skills. For UK passport holders, things are trickier since Brexit, but we are able to obtain working visas for people to work in France for set periods. Our aim is that you can have a whole career, moving up the company, and throughout our beautiful locations.
Our salaries are standard within the industry. We pay the same as others or a little more. We try to make our perks and benefits much better though. Truth is that you are unlikely to become a millionaire working in Hospitality or Tourism – we do it for the team spirit, hours that fit into our home life, the opportunities to travel, to meet interesting (most of the time) people, and because we don’t really like sitting at desks or being part of the rat-race.

The Role
We’re looking for a personable, driven, tech-savvy graduate to join our sales team. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll be engaging directly with restaurant owners and managers, introducing them to our product, demonstrating its value, and closing deals.
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the field, knocking on doors, building relationships, and representing our brand face-to-face. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact from an early stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively visit restaurants and hospitality venues to introduce and sell our POS system
- Research and prepare for client visits by understanding each restaurant’s concept, size, current systems, and potential needs to tailor your pitch
- Confidently pitch and demonstrate the product to business owners and decision-makers
- Build a strong pipeline through door-to-door outreach and networking
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth setup and great first experience
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during their first year
- Develop long-term relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals
- Gather feedback from clients to help improve the product and sales approach

Profil
Ideal Degree Backgrounds
While this role is open to a wide range of graduates, the following degrees would be particularly well suited:
Business Management
Computer Science / Software Engineering
Marketing or Sales-related degrees
Economics or Finance
A degree is required, but attitude and personality are just as important. We’re looking for someone who combines technical capability with commercial awareness and confidence in face-to-face environments.
