Company Description

Searcys are looking for Events Waiter / Waitress to join our Team at 116 Pall Mall.

Events Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, help running events, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience in events. They act as the main point of contact between the customer and the establishment, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high service standards during events.

116 Pall Mall is a stunning Georgian venue dating back to 1820 in the heart of London. Originally de-signed by John Nash, the architect behind Marble Arch and Brighton Pavilion. This venue benefits from traditional meeting rooms to glamourous chandelier filled ballrooms.

As a Events Waiter / Waitress you will receive the following industry leading benefits:

Job Description

Contract : 0 Hours

Salary: £14.80 + Tronc

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to our guests
To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
Nurture and develop new commis waiters
Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Hands on and proactive approach
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Passion for food and beverage
Excellent time management
Strong organisational skills
