Full job description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual for the role of Eyebrow Threading Specialist. This position offers an immediate start and is ideal for those who excel in customer service and possess a keen eye for detail. As an Eyebrow Threading Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional threading services while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.

Responsibilities

Perform eyebrow threading services with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
Perform lash and brow tinting services
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing information about services offered and aftercare advice.
Assist in promoting additional services such as makeup application when appropriate.
Handle client inquiries and feedback in a professional manner to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in eyebrow threading or similar beauty treatments is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
Knowledge of makeup application techniques is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with diverse clientele.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for beauty and aesthetics, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
