Job Title: Founder’s Associate
Company: Hirehouse Solutions
Location: London (Full-time, office-based)
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 per annum + Equity (2–5%)

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the CEO of a profitable and rapidly scaling business that supports international students in securing roles with leading organisations including Amazon, Deloitte, EY, and HSBC.

The business has achieved over £1.5M in revenue, facilitated 250+ deals, and built a significant digital presence, all within approximately two years.

As the company enters its next phase of growth, this role will play a critical part in supporting operational scale, improving efficiency, and driving key strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-impact strategic projects across the business
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
Develop and maintain internal systems, processes, and documentation (SOPs, dashboards)
Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, operations, and customer support
Act as a key support to the CEO, ensuring priorities are executed efficiently
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, scale-up, or similar)
Experience working within small, high-performing teams
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities effectively
High level of attention to detail and personal accountability
