Bartender / Server (FOH Support) – Freelance Opportunities
Our recruitment agency is currently seeking friendly, reliable Bartenders and Servers to join our freelance team, supporting a range of hospitality venues including bars, hotels, event spaces, and private functions.
These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy working front-of-house—whether that’s behind the bar or on the floor—delivering great service and creating a positive guest experience in fast-paced environments.
What Does Freelance Mean?
As part of our freelance team, you’ll have the flexibility to choose when and where you work. We offer shifts across a variety of venues and events, and you can accept those that suit your availability.
Please note that these are self-employed roles and you will not be employed directly by FCP Hospitality. You’ll be responsible for submitting invoices for the shifts you work.
Role Overview:
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (bar shifts)
- Taking orders and providing table service (floor shifts)
- Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Running food and drinks to tables and supporting service flow
- Handling payments and operating tills where required
- Maintaining clean, organised work areas (bar and floor)
- Supporting teams during busy service periods
- Following licensing laws and venue-specific procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bartending, serving, or hospitality experience preferred (not essential)
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in busy environments
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Comfortable working across different venues and roles
