We currently have an opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join the CS Global Partners Legal Processing Team. This full-time office-based role suits individuals who hold a law degree and who are looking to gain practical client-facing legal experience and expand their knowledge of the most fast-paced sector of investor immigration. Excellent English reading, writing and verbal communication skills are essential, while proficiency in written and spoken German and/or French would be advantageous, as is the ability to work collaboratively with and learn from a cohesive legal team and other departments within CS Global Partners. Confidence, professionalism and strong attention to detail are also key to the role.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities
· Attending the office to manage physical and original client documents and files
· Autonomous responsibility for end-to-end client legal processing
· Liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties, throughout the life cycle of a Citizenship by Investment/Residence by Investment application
· Preparing onboarding documents including application packs, letters of engagement and fee schedules
· Assisting with writing articles, memoranda, as well as presentation and training materials for internal and external events
· Undertaking ad hoc duties as instructed
Essential Skills/Experience
· LLB or equivalent - UK/Common law jurisdiction preferred
· Excellent English (UK) proofreading and writing skills
· Outstanding command of written and spoken English
· Proficiency in written and spoken German and/or French is advantageous.
· Ability to draft articles, memoranda and prepare presentation and training materials within required deadlines
· Ability to autonomously maintain and proactively manage caseload
· Ability to deal with clients and government entities in a professional manner
· Ability to interact confidently with clients via email correspondence and telephone
· Ability to solve problems and prioritise tasks
· Excellent organisational skills to maximise workflow and productivity
· Excellent attention to detail
· You should be well-informed, a fast learner, and be able to hit the ground running
· You will be flexible in your approach to working and can multitask, juggling several duties simultaneously
Successful applicants will be required to sit for one or more interviews, where their reading and writing abilities will be tested, including their ability to understand and interpret legislation.

The candidate will be able and willing to work in a dynamic team where ideas and opinions are shared and discussed. However, the candidate should also be able to perform work independently and with trust in his or her abilities to deliver.
The candidate should also be willing and able to support other branches of CS Global Partners, including Business Development.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
