About the Role:

What exactly you will be doing…

Ensure that all purchases, requisitions, etc. have proper approvals and all orders are place and received in accordance with policies and procedures.

Oversee and assist in unloading, receiving, sorting, stocking, securing, and distributing goods.

Maintain an appropriate par stock on all inventory’s goods with regular stock checks and reports.

Ensure compliance with local food and beverage storage laws, regulations, and codes.

Secure competitive bids and maintain appropriate supporting documentation.

Ensure inventory pricing reflects most current information and track all price changes.

Assist with financial reports in accordance with the hotel requirements meeting various due dates and deadlines.

Keep supervisor aware of any unusual occurrences and significant deviations from standards, policies, and procedures.
