Quantitative Trader (HFT) - D1 (Equities & ETFs)

Company Description:

Our client, a newly launched quantitative hedge fund, is seeking an experienced HFT Trader to join their London or Amsterdam office.

Role Description:

Run and manage a high-frequency trading book, with a focus on Delta One, Equities & ETFs.
Develop, implement, and refine short-term alpha execution strategies.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to optimise performance, execution, and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Experience running a desk or managing a PnL-driven book with a focus on Delta One, Equities & ETFs (buy-side/prop only).
Programming skills (e.g. Python, C++) are advantageous but not essential.
Strong adaptability, commercial mindset, and ability to operate autonomously.

Locations: London or Amsterdam
