Searcys are unveiling a spectacular new venue in the heart of Knightsbridge this year, set within one of London’s most prestigious and vibrant destinations, and are looking for an exceptional Events Assistant Manager to join the opening team.

An exceptional opportunity to be part of one of London’s most anticipated luxury openings. Jaguar is an iconic brand with an illustrious heritage that is now undergoing a dramatic transformation. Jaguar is being repositioned as a modern luxury brand, creating a new end-to-end client journey underpinned by an all-electric portfolio.

This new Knightsbridge location will play a defining role in that vision — establishing a presence and creating a destination that builds brand presence, deepens client engagement, and drives cultural relevance from the moment it opens.

Job Description

As an Events Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the venue, ensuring seamless daily operations and an exceptional guest journey. You will set the tone, culture, and standards across all departments.

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £45,000 Yearly

Opening times

10:00 - 20:00

Open 7 days a week

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all front operations
Build, lead, and inspire a best-in-class team
Deliver an outstanding, highly personalised member experience
Drive service standards aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
Manage financial performance, budgeting, and commercial strategy
Work closely with the General Manager to ensure a cohesive offering

Qualifications

Extensive experience in luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, or high-end venues
Exceptional leadership and people management skills
Commercially astute with a hands-on approach
Polished, professional, and guest-focused
Strong understanding of the expectations of a high-net-worth clientele
