Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is recruiting experienced Beauty Therapists in South Croydon for permanent employed roles, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
This role is focused on professional waxing, results-focused facials, massage treatments and delivering a consistently high guest experience.
Queen B is a standards-led salon built on consistency, hygiene, results and guest care. We are not a volume salon. We do not rush treatments, cut corners or compromise on standards.
Our guests come to us because they expect proper consultation, calm service, professional treatments and consistently high results.
Queen B is now in its 10th year and is currently a Scratch Stars Awards 2026 finalist for Nail and Beauty Salon of the Year.

You will be joining an established, multi-award-winning salon with a strong guest base, a professional team and clear treatment standards.
We are hiring experienced Beauty Therapists who already know how to deliver core treatments properly and who understand that guest experience is as important as technical skill.
Full support will be given on Queen B systems, standards and treatment protocols. However, this is not a beginner role. You must already be confident delivering waxing, facials and massage in a professional salon, spa or clinic environment.
The role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty treatments, managing your column professionally and helping guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
This role suits a therapist who values structure, consultation, hygiene, consistency and results.

You must have professional experience in:
Waxing, including intimate waxing
Results-focused facials
Massage treatments
Guest consultations
Aftercare advice
Rebooking guests
Retail product recommendations
Experience in male intimate waxing, pregnancy massage, hot stone massage, lash lifts, brow treatments, natural nail care, Dermalux LED or advanced facial treatments would strengthen your application.
Day to day
Deliver waxing, facials and massage treatments to a consistently high standard
Carry out professional consultations before treatments
Adapt treatments based on guest needs, skin condition, treatment history and contraindications
Maintain strict hygiene and sterilisation standards at all times
Keep your treatment room clean, organised and ready for guests
Manage your appointment column professionally and on time
Build trust with guests through consistency, care and attention to detail
Recommend suitable aftercare and retail products where appropriate
Encourage rebooking and long-term guest relationships
Work well as part of a small, professional team
Support the salon’s standards, reputation and guest experience
The standard we expect
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ professional salon, spa or clinic experience
Confidence in waxing, including intimate waxing
Confidence in results-focused facials
Confidence in massage treatments
Excellent hygiene standards
Good time management
A calm, professional manner
Strong communication skills
The ability to build strong guest relationships
A serious attitude towards standards, consistency and guest care
Right to work in the UK
Availability to work agreed rota patterns

We believe in a strong work-life balance, and rota patterns, preferred hours and availability will be discussed with suitable applicants.
Evening and Saturday availability may be required depending on the agreed rota.
This is a permanent employed role, not a self-employed room rental or chair rental position.

Is newly qualified
Needs extensive training in core beauty treatments
Is not confident in waxing, facials and massage
Struggles to manage appointment timings
Cuts corners on consultation, hygiene or aftercare
Is uncomfortable with rebooking or retail recommendations
Does not want to work to structured salon standards
We are happy to support the right person with Queen B protocols, product knowledge and treatment standards, but we are not currently hiring for a beginner training role.
