We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Labourer / Tradesman to join our growing building and maintenance team working across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile individual with experience in general construction, repairs, and property maintenance who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
The successful candidate will support a variety of residential and commercial projects, carrying out maintenance, refurbishment, and repair works while ensuring excellent customer service and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of building maintenance and repair works.
- Perform basic and intermediate tasks across multiple trades, including: Labouring, general building works, basic plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, painting and decorating.
- Assist with property refurbishments and planned maintenance projects.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled labourer, maintenance operative, or tradesperson.
- Competence in several building trades.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
