No Cold Calling !
This is an inbound customer service and sales role, meaning you'll only be speaking with customers who have already contacted us to place an order or make an enquiry. There is no cold calling, no outbound sales calls, and no door-to-door selling—just genuine conversations with customers who are already interested in our products.
No previous experience? No problem!
We provide full training and ongoing support—all we ask is that you bring a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
The Role
As a Sales & Customer Service Telesales Agent, you'll be the friendly voice of Timepieces International, helping our customers with their orders while identifying opportunities to recommend products that genuinely add value.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound customer calls only to process orders and answer enquiries.
- Delivering a first-class customer experience on every call.
- Recommending additional products and promotions through friendly, consultative selling.
- Handling customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Completing day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Liaising with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive call centre team.

Working Hours
Our customers are based in the United States, so this role requires working three 12-hour shifts per week between 1:00pm and 4:00am, depending on your rota. Weekend working forms part of the shift pattern.
