Whether you're looking to build new skills or take your experience to the next level, we are uniquely placed to provide the right environment to support your professional development. With colleagues working in people’s homes, in community clinics, and in our two hospitals, we have an outstanding breadth of knowledge and experience to draw from.
Our commitment to exceptional care is reflected in being the first trust of our kind in London to achieve an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the CQC for both overall quality and leadership. We exist to provide the best possible care for our patients and we do that by giving our colleagues what they need to be their best at work. We have won numerous awards from the HSJ and Nursing Times for the way we support our colleagues across all our services.
We are proud to be recognised for our outstanding cancer care, children's services, pioneering surgical teams, and exceptional rehabilitation services. Our maternity services have been rated the "Best in London" by women surveyed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with parents travelling to Kingston to take advantage of our considerable experience and expertise.

We are looking to appoint an innovative and high performing individual to join our well-established and progressive Ear, Nose and Throat Department at Kingston Hospital of Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate would complement a department of multi-disciplinary professionals, (including advanced audiologist practitioners and voice therapists), who collectively deliver acute and elective ENT services, both general and subspecialty, for all disciplines. The service is delivered as part of the Southwest London clinical network, and we have close links with St George’s Hospital and Royal Marsden Hospital where patients receive cancer treatment.
We also run ENT clinics at Queen Mary’s Hospital and Cobham Day Surgery Hospital. Our Audiology department is fully accredited by UKAS under the IQIPS version 2 standard.
A comprehensive clinical service is provided for the management and treatment of a wide range of diseases and disorders of hearing, balance, voice, swallowing, smell and taste. Our multidisciplinary service is delivered as part of an integrated care network covering South West London and Surrey.
Aspen Building, which is a purpose-built outpatient unit at Kingston Hospital provides six examination and interventional procedure rooms, co-located radiology and histopathology clinics for same day FNAs, voice therapy and a full paediatric and adult audiology suite together with associated office and staff facilities.
Queen Mary’s Hospital offers four outpatient consultation and procedure rooms, two audiology consultation and procedure rooms, three sound proofed test booths, an Otoneurology assessment room and hearing aid store.
The post offered is a substantive position. The timetable and salary will be dependent on the experience of the successful candidate. There is no on-call commitment.
The reformed health service requires that medics become increasingly involved in the management and administration of resources in their department. The post holder will be expected to work closely with the General Manager and the Clinical Lead in these matters and be active in promoting change to improve the delivery of services to all patients
