About Us

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in our South East London. We have opportunities available within our growing Sales and Lettings teams.* This is a great place to develop* your skills and grow in your career!

This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious and will be able to hit the ground running. You will be working within a fantastic team in a well established business in the local area.

You will be responsible for facilitating the sales or lettings process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

Showcasing available properties to potential clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with all clients alike
Managing leads and enquiries effectively to maximise opportunities
Progressing your deals from enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth transaction
Developing a strong understanding of the ever-changing local market

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in Residential Sales, Residential Lettings or property is desirable however full training will be provided
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management abilities
IT Literacy
Full UK driving licence is essential
