We are currently seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Site Sales Consultant to join our team at Twyford Park, Ealing.
Twyford Park is an exciting new residential development set within beautifully landscaped grounds in West London, combining contemporary homes with the restoration of the historic Twyford Manor. Situated within the wider Old Oak and Park Royal regeneration area, this landmark development offers purchasers the opportunity to become part of one of London's most significant growth locations.
As the face of the development, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding purchasers through every stage of the buying journey and maximising sales opportunities from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion.
- Conduct professional development presentations, viewings and show home tours.
- Proactively generate, nurture and convert leads from website enquiries, walk-ins, referrals and marketing campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers, estate agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers throughout the sales process, delivering outstanding customer service at every stage.
- Accurately manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring all activity is recorded and reported effectively.
- Drive reservations and achieve sales targets in line with development objectives.
- Present the unique heritage, parkland setting and regeneration benefits of Twyford Park to prospective purchasers.
- Promote the wider benefits of the Old Oak Common and Park Royal regeneration area and its future growth potential.
- Support domestic and international launch events, exhibitions and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with developer representatives, marketing teams and internal stakeholders to support sales delivery.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor developments and pricing activity, providing regular feedback and insight.
- Ensure the sales suite, show homes and customer-facing areas are maintained to the highest standard at all times.
- Coordinate purchaser handovers and support post-completion customer relationships where required.
- Produce weekly sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, company procedures and industry regulations.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience within new homes sales, property sales or a similar customer-facing sales environment.
- Strong ability to build rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline from enquiry through to completion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Professional, resilient and able to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Knowledge of the new build purchasing process and current industry schemes and regulations.
- Flexible approach to working weekends and public holidays in line with business needs.
