Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Consultant to join our sales team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in lead generation, relationship management, and utilise various sales management systems. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales process through effective communication, business generation, client engagement and utilisation of industry-standard tools such as Reapit. This paid position provides valuable experience within a professional environment, ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Estate Agency.

Duties

Assist in generating leads through research, social media management, and outreach activities.
Support the sales team by managing client relationships and maintaining accurate records within CRM systems.
Engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and various media channels to promote products and services.
Contribute to maintaining up-to-date client and candidate data.
Assist in preparing sales particulars and analysing data to identify new opportunities.
Support social media management efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication flow across departments.

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Confident and able to take initiative and make proactive decisions.
Able to take information over the phone and take effective notes.
Experience or familiarity of social media management tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Organised approach with excellent relationship management skills.
