We're on the hunt for an exceptional Head of Talent Acquisition to help us build the teams behind some of London's most exciting restaurants. We currently operate 7 sites,with 6 new openings landing over the next 12 months,including 2 brand new concepts. Head of Talent Acquisition Requirements

Hands on recruitment delivery:running managerial hiring end-to-end,and coaching Managers to become even better at recruiting talent

Talent attraction & employer brand:putting MJMK on the map as a place people want to work,owning our EVP and building pipelines of great people

New restaurant openings:leading on hiring for every new site,from headcount planning to successful assessment days

Strategy & reporting:shaping our recruitment strategy for the future and reporting on the right metrics

Onboarding & compliance:making every new hire's first steps feel exciting and seamless,and in line with GDPR and UK employment legislation
What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like

Genuinely excited by finding and capturing great talent

Passionate,engaging and obsessed with restaurants and the wider hospitality industry

Knows the hospitality talent market and where great people come from and what makes them stay

Able to recruit across the MJMK portfolio - ranging from casual dining to fine dining to support office

Confident with owning and managing the ATS

Experienced with and genuinely passionate about headhunting the perfect candidate using platforms such Linked In Recruiter,Caterer CV search etc

Exceptionally organised,detail obsessed and always one step ahead

Confident managing workflows across the business with consistent and timely follow-through

Calm under pressure,energised by juggling lots of moving parts at once
