Supervisor/Receiver

Shake Shack is a modern day "roadside" burger stand serving deliciously classic burgers, fries, hot dogs, frozen custard, beer, wine, and more. With our fresh, simple, high-quality food at a great value, Shake Shack is a fun and lively community-gathering place unlike any other. As we experience tremendous growth, our leaders are the driving force to our continued success. We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Team Member who loves to serve!

As a Shack Supervisor/ Receiver, you will learn as you grow – training on every aspect of the operation and progressing in responsibility and pay. You will acquire various certifications along the way and will gain skills and experience to help you contribute to your success and ours.

Qualifications:

Previous experience preferable but not required
Previous hospitality and/or food service experience, a plus
Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment
Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities
Open availability is strongly desired
Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality

Responsibilities:

If you have the personality and pace to work as a supervisor/ receiver in this fast-paced environment then working for Shake Shack could be the start of an amazing career in hospitality
Motivation to learn and grow in a professional, high volume, team-oriented environment
Must demonstrate reliability to deliver service in a fast, friendly and accurate manner
As a Supervisor / receiver, you will support with all stock related areas within the restaurant including
Organisation of the stock for your selected store.
Knowing and controlling stock levels based on business demands.
Be in contact with suppliers to provide all our products to our guests.
Knowing the Shack Standards.
Be a Team Player and supporting Operations during peak trading hours.
Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, etc.
Ordering products using our Stock Control server.
Lifting 15-20 kg of stock
