Coversure London East, a growing and dynamic insurance brokerage, is offering an exciting opportunity for Turkish-speaking individuals looking to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry. In this role, you will play a key part in engaging with and supporting the Turkish speaking community, helping individuals, families, and businesses find the right insurance solutions for their needs.

As a trusted point of contact, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships within the community, deliver exceptional customer service in both Turkish and English, and make a real difference by helping clients protect what matters most to them.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

As part of your apprenticeship, you will:

Offer and present insurance solutions for both renewals and new business
Foster team performance through regular communication and problem-solving
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage
Achieve or exceed agreed volumes of quotes, sales, and income from various marketing sources
Understand client business operations, risks, and approach to risk management
Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards, and FCA regulations
