Role Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, detail-focused Supply Chain MAA to join our team. In this entry-level role you will be pulling critical data, running reports, and managing the admin that ensures our stock moves from our suppliers to our online and in store customers.

If you are a numbers person who loves fashion, thrives under pressure, and wants to be involved in the running of a global fashion brand then this job is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running, managing and maintaining Intake reporting that is crucial to keeping our buying and merchandising teams moving.
Managing data integrity across multiple aspects to support accurate forecasting and reporting. This includes proactive analysis of freight costings, shipment modes and intake dates. Identifying data errors and collaborating across departments to ensure swift corrections.
Admin reporting and weekly calls with warehouse teams to support warehouse operations such as RTV’s, inbound queries and stock adjustments.
Delivery reporting and analysis for forecasting, for all our stores across the UK and EU. Identifying errors and anomalies to support our stores in getting successful stock deliveries throughout the week.
Supporting the buying and merchandising teams with training on carrier platforms and other supply chain reporting tools.

What You'll Need:

A Spreadsheet Lover: Excel is your best friend. You don't need to be a wizard yet, but you should be incredibly comfortable managing data and numbers.
Fashion Pace Ready: You thrive in an environment that changes fast. You can pivot quickly when priorities shift and keep your cool when things get busy. You will pro-actively anticipate departmental needs whilst managing your day to day tasks.
Eagle eye for detail: You pride yourself on accuracy, spotting mistakes that others miss. You will need to be comfortable collaborating with teams to swiftly fix errors to prevent delays, while also providing training to prevent errors in the future.
Key Communicator & Collaborator: You thrive on cross-functional teamwork and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. With an approachable style and clear communication, you will quickly become a go-to person!
Data-Driven & Organised: You take pride in managing daily administrative reporting. With high attention to detail, you will maintain and analyze accurate data to keep the business running successfully.
