We are looking for a paralegal to join our Employment Legal Team based in Osterley. You'll be part of a growing team and provide complete support on employment legal matters to Sky's UK&I workforce base of over 30,000 people. You will have a particular focus on managing Sky's employment tribunal caseload with a team of paralegals and legal counsel - with significant responsibility and autonomy over decision making on cases, and opportunities to develop stakeholder management and advocacy skills.

What you'll do:

Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law.
Carry out employment tribunal work
Support to the team on other employment matters
Provide support to HR on employment queries
Support with training and legal updates

What you'll bring:

Essential requirements:

Employment law experience within a highly regarded law firm or equivalent in-house
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure

How you’ll work

We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
