Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work with various materials. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the capability to assemble components accurately while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
- Fabricate and weld components using various techniques, including MIG & stick welding
- Operate power tools and hand tools to shape and assemble metal parts.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise fabrication.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication, particularly gates, railings & staircase etc
- Clean driving licence prefered..
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the fabrication process.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work produced.
