Coffee Machine Hygiene Operator
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time
Location: Field based in London (within M25)
Days/Hour: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day varied between 6am and 8pm (40 hours per week)
Salary: £31,000 per annum

The Role:
The primary responsibility for this role is to complete coffee machine and water tap cleaning and sanitisation services at our customers’ sites. You will need to place orders for machine consumables and cleaning materials as well as placing service calls for any machine errors. Your role will entail customer liaison and ensuring that customers are happy with our service. Additionally, you will be required to cover other team members in their absence, and perform additional duties as required by the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping - Cleaning coffee machines and sanitising water dispensers on customers’ sites, the majority of which are in London
- Consumables Orders - Ordering coffee machine consumables for customers
- Client Inventory - Monitoring and managing customers’ inventory levels
- Cover – providing cover for team members to ensure service continuity
- Onsite Support - Simple onsite support as directed by the technical team
- Health and Safety - Ensure that customers’ own, and company health and safety regulations are followed
- Other Reasonable Duties – perform, at the company’s request, reasonable additional duties across the business when required

- Happy travelling between customer sites on public transport and on foot where practical
- A good work ethic – and a willingness to step in and help in other areas of the business as required.
