Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Dispensing Optician to join our team. As an DO, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their eyewear needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Your expertise in anatomy and laboratory work will be essential in providing accurate and precise eyewear prescriptions. If you are passionate about helping others see clearly and have excellent attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Duties
- Assist customers in selecting the right eyewear based on their prescription and personal style preferences
- Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features to ensure proper fit of eyeglasses or contact lenses
- Interpret and fill eyewear prescriptions provided by optometrists
- Adjust frames and lenses to ensure comfort and proper alignment
- Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance
- Process orders for eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other optical products

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, particularly related to the eyes
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate prescription filling
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers in selecting the right eyewear
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and other optical staff
