Full job description

Struans have been established over 45 years with branches in Perth and Dundee, and many of our Staff have been with us for a long time.

We are currently looking for an experienced Valeter to work directly for us on a permanent contract at Struans Autocentre, just off Forfar Road in Dundee.

We value our Valeters and appreciate that their high standards are important in keeping our customers satisfied.

The job involves

Preparing New and Used cars, motorhomes and caravans to the highest possible standard both inside and outside – this applies to both Sold and Stock Vehicles.
Working closely with our Sales Teams to ensure vehicles are prepared on time.
Occasional weekend work at peak times for Motorhome Rental and New car deliveries.

About you

Previous experience of valeting vehicles would be beneficial.
Excellent attention to detail and take pride in your work.
Reliable.
Work to deadlines and ability to use own initiative.
Punctual and flexible on attended hours at work.
Full UK driving licence
Live within 20 miles of Dundee

Salary & Benefits

£12.71 per hour

Cycle to work Scheme

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.00 (30 minutes lunch break).

Weekend overtime available at times
